The first year of parenthood can be beautiful, but exhausting and challenging at the same time. Come join other  parents to share triumphs, struggles, gain support and grow confidence .

Group for mommas of newborns to crawlers 

The group is peer-facilitated and will enjoy different speakers and activities each week . i.e infant massage , CPR etc.

KINDERSPROUTS MONDAY’S @11 !! 

Let’s get our preschoolers ready for kindergarten together! Each week we will focus on a new letter through engaging activities, books, songs and more!

This group is for 3,4 & 5 year olds, and is peer facilitated. Parent participation is required.

Research shows that attending play/support groups benefit both children and their caregiver. Regular group participation helps ease the transition to school, supports social development and improves overall health for child and parent, alike! Social support for parents, knowledge sharing and learning opportunities

TUMBLING TOTS NOW Wednesdays @10am! will resume in September. 

We will now hold tumbling Tots Wednesdays  @ 10 in the large GYM across the street in the PCC building.

This group is specific for caregivers of children with special needs.

Join us to gain valuable information, learn new coping strategies, hear about valuable community resources and share your successes.

Come benefit from the experiences and support from professionals as well as other parents.

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Starting back up in September. Open house August 25th 5:15 !!
